Where we Ship
www.emshop.co.nz currently only ships products to New
Zealand and Australia (with some limitations due to customs regulations). All orders must be deliverable to a valid New Zealand/Australia postal
address. If you would like to have your goods delivered to a Post
Office Box, please check with us prior to ordering!
Shipping Times
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of
your order (NZ only). Your order will be shipped during normal business hours,
Monday through Friday, except for public holidays. www.emshop.co.nz by
SmartRange Ltd cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items sent via
Standard Post.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping to customers in New Zealand for orders over 200.00 NZ$!
All shipping costs are calulated at the time of order, based on rates per weight. As these rates may change from time to time, we ask that you contact us for the exact details if you are concerned that the incorrect shipping charges have been calculated for your particular order. All our shipping rates include GST. Please refer to the estimated shipping costs when adding products to your basket. Note that the maximum package weight we will ship is 25kg.
Return of Products
You may return products to us where the products are:
Faulty or damaged; or
The product you received is not what you have ordered
In this situation we will at your option either:
replace the products; or
give you a full refund on your Nominated Payment Authority; or
credit your EMshop account with a gift certificate
Please follow this procedure:
Where the Products are damaged in transit. In this situation you must immediately advise the delivery organisation and SmartRange Ltd that the goods are damaged. You must retain all packaging material for 60 days. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, we will either: (a) replace the Products; or (b) give you a full refund on your Nominated Payment Authority; or (c) credit your EMshop Account. You must cooperate with all enquiries and claims we or any delivery organisation may make in connection with any compensation for any damage whilst in transit
